For your Dry July or your sober month, use this time to really understand your triggers and observe WHY you have the urge or feel like an alcoholic drink.
If you are like me and never committed upfront to Dry July (with best intentions) or have already given into temptation or not like me and are doing this, I have the best tip for both of us.
